Either Paul Trikha spend hours on this site writing fake reviews for himself, or the page after page of overwelmingly positive comments reflect the reality is that he is one those rare doctors who is both technically excellent and a 'people person'. He has replaced both my knees this year - if somehow I had several more that needed replacement there would be only one name on the surgeon shortlist. Thank you Paul

I went to see Mr Trikha for a second opinion after the first specialist I had seen recommended surgery which I was keen to avoid. Mr Trikha suggested that physio treatment and exercises would be a better course of action than surgery and as a result the pain from my knee is much reduced. I would recommend him unreservedly - he has a very friendly and relaxed manner which immediately made me feel at ease and his support staff were very efficient in arranging scans and follow up appointments. First class from start to finish.

After a previous failed ACL reconstruction by another surgeon, I recently had a revision ACL reconstruction by Mr Trikha. From the initial consultation, I immediately felt in safe hands, and the treatment I received from him was second to none. The surgery was a complete success, and scaring is very minimal. I had a full range of movement and was walking unaided without crutches within 2 weeks post op. Would definitely recommend! Helen S
